We started as a couple of non-technical co-founders with an ambitious vision, but minimal capital to recruit and build a dev team in a brutal recruiting environment. Enter DyQuest. Chris Black jumped in, hands-on, armed with no shortage of passion and strategy. He helped us quickly build our initial product at low cost, strategically leverage it to close our initial capital and served as an interim CTO/VP of Engineering managing our dev. He set us up with a solid architecture, strategy for building an efficient yet high-quality dev team, and directed us onto a very smartly-engineered development path for building and delivering our initial product. Our Proven Process Produces Results
1. Discovery
Get all data. Interview employees at all levels. Identify the biggest threats, find biggest opportunities.
2. Report & Analysis
Document findings and distribute. Create a case study detailing specific causes of liabilities along with specific recommendations of action. Create solutions and best practices to limit the liabilities and take advantage of current opportunities.
3. Strategize
Strategize with the leaders to create implementation recommendations. Determine resources and create a specific plan of action.
4. Execute
Work with the board and management team to implement the new solutions. Create new systems, procedures, and policies to ensure these solutions are carried out 10 out of 10 times.
5. Report & Follow-up
Review project from start to finish and follow up with organization to check status. We will make sure that you have all the tools needed for your continued success.
